Once the implementation begins, your assigned Project Manager takes charge from beginning to end. You can interview RAINBOW SOFTECH™ employees to select the team that is right for you, or leave it up to us to staff your project. 

Your virtual team is oriented to your project, thoroughly trained for the processes they will handle for your company, and fully coached on the specific requirements and procedures you have given us.

When your new IT BPO solution has been tested and is ready to go live, our leadership team works with you to ensure that everything is running according to your expectations. And – of course – if there are absences due to illness or vacation it is our responsibility to provide coverage.
